RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you feel wonderful when you shop from Pawsitive Pet Supplies. In case it does not work out, do not panic—you can send it back within 7 days once you receive your order.
A Few Things to Know
They cannot be used, must be kept in the original packaging, and must be as you got them.
Once your return comes into our office, we will process it and refund your money back onto your original form of payment.
Refunds usually take 5-10 business days (depending on your bank) to appear in your account.
